Returns & Shipping

In the rare case you purchased an item that was not to your liking, we will happily take it back for a store credit.

We flat pack our items to maintain an eco friendly practice of not using hangers or plastics

We will happily ship our goods internationally. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


A collection preview box (previously called a pick-box) is a way to try on our items in your home before purchasing. This is how most people shop at Magnolia Pearl. We'd send you any number of pieces you want to try and you'd have a week to decide what you want. You’d send back any pieces that don’t work out using the pre-paid return label we include and THEN we finalize the total to run payment. We will simply hold your card info and charge once we determine what you are keeping/have returned. Shipping is free both ways - some limiations apply. Must live in the U.S. lower 48 states.

If an item shows on our web store, it is in stock. If you send an email to sales@magnoliapearl.com or a PureChat message, a sales team member will notify you if an out of stock style has become available.

Order status and tracking is displayed on your online account for online orders. If you purchased directly from a salesperson, please send an email or use our chat window to inquire about your order.

We love when our customers want to share the joy of a Magnolia Pearl gift card. Gift cards can be purchased online, through your salesperson, or our at our flagship store in Fredericksburg TX. If you already have one and want to purchase, please contact us directly at sales@magnoliapearl.com and we will help you out!

Due to the season-less nature and artisan design of Magnolia Pearl, we never mark down our product.

A wishlist can be available items you wish to obtain in the near future or a list of no longer available items you would like to be notified of upon availability. You can make a wishlist on our online web store.

Our Products

We are a one size fits all company. The majority of our designs are somewhat oversized to accommodate all sizes. Please reach out to us to request specific measurements for items - we are always happy to provide this info.

We recommend machine washing in cold water or hand washing for more delicate pieces. Always line dry.

Safety & Covid-19

We sincerely hope you and your loved ones are well and safe. Our hearts are with everyone around the world who has been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak and we are incredibly grateful to all who are working hard to keep our communities healthy.

The shop:

As many of you know, our flagship store in Fredericksburg has been closed to visitors since March 2020 to protect the health and safety of our community and employees. This has been a difficult ride for all involved, as we so miss seeing everyone’s faces. We are monitoring the situation closely and carefully as to reopening our doors and will keep you updated as to that prospective glorious day.

Merchandise orders and returns:

We can assure you that our inventory is always clean and in new condition when you receive it. Our team in shipping and receiving has stuck to stringent protocols of sanitization, masking and distancing.

Regarding returns, your health and safety is the most important thing at this time. Please do not put yourself at risk for our sake. All we ask is to keep in contact with your stylist regarding these practical matters, and we will make sure that all is taken care of.

Any merchandise we have received from other customers’ pick boxes that may have been tried on is sufficiently sanitized in ways that do not compromise Magnolia Pearl’s commitment to maintaining the organic integrity of the garment.

Every precaution has been taken to keep you, the clothing and our employees safe when handling Magnolia Pearl merchandise.

The CDC has shared that there is low risk of the virus to spread from products that are shipped over a period of days at ambient temperatures. Based on guidance from health agencies, and our own practices, we are confident that you are safe shopping with Magnolia Pearl.

Shipping delays:

We are processing orders on time and safely, with staggered employee shifts to ensure social distancing. That said, our shipping carriers are navigating a tremendous surge in online shopping, which may affect the time period in which your order ships or your return arrives back to us. Please trust we are working to get your purchases to your doorstep as soon as possible!

The majority of our pieces  are garment dyed and laundered in our production process.

Once the store reopens from Covid-19, we would love to see you in person. Sign up for our email list to be sure you receive notification of our re-opening.
