Returns & Shipping

In the rare case you purchased an item that was not to your liking, we will happily take it back (in original condition with tags included) for store credit or exchange within five days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds. 

To request a return label, please email your sales rep directly or send a general request to sales@magnoliapearl.com. Upon receipt of your return, your account will automatically be credited. In order to access your credit, contact your representative directly before placing your next order. 

We flat-pack our items to maintain an eco-friendly practice of not using hangers or plastics.

We will happily ship our goods internationally. All duties, taxes, fees and shipping are paid upfront by the customer.

Purchasing

A Collection Preview Box (previously called a Pick-Box) is a way to try on our items in your home before purchasing. Full details provided upon consultation with a Creative Team Member, but overall: you are invited to select any number of pieces to be shipped to you after a valid method of payment is approved (but not yet charged). You are granted a week to decide upon your items; any pieces you opt not to keep shall be returned within 3 business days of receipt in the original shipping box with included prepaid return label. Only then will your total be finalized to process payment. Shipping is free both ways - some limitations apply. Must live in the U.S. lower 48 states.

We keep careful tabs on our stocked items; if an item appears on our web store without a “Sold Out” designation, it is in stock. You are welcome to inquire as to possible, but rare, restocks of certain items by contacting sales@magnoliapearl.com or through the chat window on our site.

Order status and tracking is displayed on your online account for online orders. If you deal directly with a Creative Team Member, please contact them via email or use our site chat window to inquire about your order.

We’re so honored when our customers want to share the joy of Magnolia Pearl!. Gift cards can be purchased online, through your salesperson, or at our flagship store in Fredericksburg TX. If you already have one and want to purchase, please contact us directly at sales@magnoliapearl.com and are happy to assist you!

Due to the perpetual nature and artisan design of Magnolia Pearl, our items are never discounted.

You may build a wishlist of items you desire to obtain in the near future and/or “Sold Out” items you would like to be notified of upon availability. You can make a wishlist on our online web store.

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and ACH payments.

Our Products

Magnolia Pearl is committed to celebrating the body in all its forms and expressions; the majority of our offerings are cut generously to fit and flatter a wide variety of sizes. We understand that it is challenging to envision how a garment might fit without the default of standard sizing. Our Creative Team is always happy to provide specific measurements for any item in this regard as well as their expertise to the particular fit of every garment Magnolia Pearl creates. Additionally, our Collection Preview Boxes are intended to specifically address this concern. Please see above or contact your Creative Team Member for further information.

We recommend gentle machine washing Magnolia Pearl items in cold water or hand washing for more delicate pieces. While Cotton Jersey and Sanforized items are pre-shrunk and may be put in the dryer, we recommend line-drying for most items.

Safety & Covid-19

We sincerely hope you and your loved ones are well and safe. Our hearts are with everyone around the world who has been affected by the COVID-19 outbreak and we are incredibly grateful to all who are working hard to keep our communities healthy.

The Shop:

Our flagship store in Fredericksburg has been closed to visitors since March 2020 to protect the health and safety of our community and employees. We have used this time to expand offerings on our property, adding various venues including a café and retreat space. We look forward to re-opening our doors as soon as possible, and will be updating our social media feeds with the most current information.

Merchandise orders and returns:

As always, our inventory is clean and in new condition when you receive it. Any returns received and made available are sufficiently sanitized in ways that do not compromise the organic integrity of the garment. Our team members in our cherished Shipping & Receiving department have adhered to stringent health protocols throughout the pandemic.

Regarding returns, please do not put yourself at risk for our sake. If you are unable to make it to a shipping facility, please contact your Creative Team Member regarding this and we will make arrangements.

Shipping delays:

We have close relationships with our carriers and are in constant contact with them. We strive to avoid the routine delays we have all experienced as the pandemic continuously shifts and influences these enterprises. That said, from time to time certain lags in Shipping & Receiving occur. In these cases, we monitor each situation closely and stay in contact with you throughout to assure your items are received in a timely manner.

What is your sanitizing process?

The majority of our pieces are garment-dyed and laundered in our production process. How can I visit the Magnolia Pearl store in Fredericksburg?
