In March of 2023, Magnolia Pearl opened our second flagship store in the historic Malibu Country Mart. With echoes of the soaring architecture and expansive heart of our Fredericksburg location, MP Malibu is as much a shopping destination as an immersive multisensory experience. Artifacts of the natural world interweave between the lushly-hued organic fibers of our garments, telling a story of our interconnection. It is a space of peace, a welcoming and warm haven for those seeking inspiration in the truest sense.

Before there was ever Magnolia Pearl, there was Malibu -
motorcycle rides with my father to the shore to find shells and worn sea glass
we’d tie with thread to bits of driftwood - makeshift chimes whose notes mark time.

All these years later I still hear them.

There was nothing in the world then except us & our blue Triumph—
no stability save our balance on that bike, and the faithful expanse of ocean.

Never let anyone tell you
you can’t create your dreams. Hold onto them like prayer beads,

shreds of divinity strung on spare belief, building like days,
bringing the ocean to your feet, begging you to stay open.

To the miracles, to each other, to this planet, to the wonder.
