In the rare case you purchased an item that was not to your liking, we will happily take it back (in original condition with tags included) for store credit or exchange within five days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds.
To request a return label, please email your sales rep directly or send a general request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt of your return, your account will automatically be credited. In order to access your credit, contact your representative directly before placing your next order.
