In the rare case you purchased an item that was not to your liking, we will happily take it back (in original condition with tags included) for store credit or exchange within five days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds. 

All international orders are final sale.

Website Orders:

  • Items returned within 5 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only.
  • Your store credit will reflect the value of the item(s) returned plus any taxes paid.
  • If your original order total was under $95 and you paid for shipping, that shipping cost will not be included in your store credit.

Orders Placed via Instagram, Facebook, or Shop (Meta Platforms):

  • Returns made within 5 days of delivery are also eligible for store credit, however:
    • Shipping and taxes paid through these platforms are not refundable.
    • Store credit will reflect the product value only.

To request a return label, please email your sales rep directly or send a general request to sales@magnoliapearl.com. Upon receipt of your return, your account will automatically be credited. In order to access your credit, contact your representative directly before placing your next order. 

Both the clients and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. Any money that has been paid to us which constitutes payment in respect of the provision of an UNUSED PRODUCT, will be exchanged in the form of a Magnolia Pearl store credit only within five days of order receipt. By engaging in any transaction with Magnolia Pearl LLC, you agree to this Refund/Exchange Policy.
